Perfect location.
Everything was so good! I definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best options in the city, so close and with easy access to public transport services, parks, stores and so, as well the neighborhood is really quite and relaxing.
No comments, everything complied my expectations.

Good location, friendly staff, clean -- room facilities a bit basic though.
Friendly staff, clean, well placed. Breakfast pretty good too.
Room facilities -- even if recently renovated -- are a bit basic. E.g, the bedside tables (well, shelves) are about 10x30 cm., so I cannot even put a tablet on it; there is no closet to hang clothes, just a bar on the wall with hooks; there is only a small shelf in the bathroom; the piping in the bathroom is in plain sight, the duvets are new but look and feel a bit cheap, etc. It's not for a lack of space: the room and bathroom would definitely be large enough to have a bit more spacious furniture. Also, when people walk in the room above, it can be clearly heard (so not ideal sound isolation).

Good
Good location, only 3 mins away from Karlaplan metro station. The hotel is nice, staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciate a lot the possibility to make coffee/tea 24/7 and take some Swedish sweets for free.
There were 2 spiders in my room that I had to kill... Very small room, there is no place to store luggage. The toilet is very close to the bathroom cabin, it's very inconvenient. Mostly Swedish TV channels, only 1 English TV channel. Very small breakfast area, so even if you go early is crowded.
